Practicing and teaching Mindful YOLO classes encourages me to be patient, supportive, empathetic and creative as a photographer, teaching artist, doula and mother. I am inspired by family adventures, the great outdoors and growing and reflecting in our garden together. I am grateful for the opportunity to nourish mindfulness and strength in the Yolo County community and beyond.
